It was great to see the Rockwood Harriers Spring Show get off to such a good start. The weather held up for most of the show and we were enlightened by Danny Carroll's humour throughout the day, as well as his talented judging, where he was supported by assistant judge, Kara Mills.
In total, there were 24 classes listed for judging, however, only 21 were judged overall, with some of the classes having at least 14 entries. The show winners and those who were placed, now qualify for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All England Showground, Hickstead, in September.
Everyone who entered was a winner and by no means did Danny and Kara have an easy job through the day. There were some very talented and well presented horses and owners. Good luck to those going on to The Sunshine Tour Championships.
